Sa’ada: The Hamdan bin Zayd tribes in Sa’ada governorate organized an armed tribal pledge in loyalty to the blood of the martyrs, affirming steadfastness of position and the continuation of mobilization and readiness on the occasion of the annual Martyrs’ Commemoration.
According to Yemen News Agency, at the tribal pledge of the Hamdan bin Zayd tribes across its four districts, Governor of Sa’ada Mohammed Jaber Awad blessed this large tribal gathering, which coincides with the annual Martyrs’ commemoration. He praised the stances of the Hamdan bin Zayd tribes throughout history, saying they have been and remain supporters of the truth, and affirmed that the Hamdan tribes are a solid rock that foils all the enemies’ conspiracies.
The tribal pledge statement, attended by Deputy Governor Mohammed Baydan, Commander of the Mobilization Forces Ali al-Zahiri, tribal sheikhs, dignitaries, and officials from Hamdan districts, renewed the pledge to all the great martyrs, foremost among them the great jihadi leader Muhammad al-Ghamari, to remain steadfast on the same path they walked: ‘We will not retreat, waver, fall behind, or change until victory or martyrdom.’
The statement declared repudiation of traitors and agents, emphasizing the Yemeni people’s commitment to uphold the noblest positions that God has granted them, rejecting appeasement in place of dignity, and choosing honor over humiliation. It addressed all traitors and agents by disowning them, asserting that the tribes of Yemen are too honorable to align with the Jews, the Zionists, and their agents.
The statement further warned those who threaten the nation’s security or attempt to divide ranks and destabilize the home front in service of the enemies, stating that they will stand alongside the leadership and security apparatuses to preserve the country’s security, unity, and stability. It called on the concerned authorities to impose the harshest penalties on anyone involved in treason, collaboration, or harming security and stability, urging all tribe members to continue heading to mobilization centers for military training and qualification.
