Bayda: A tribal mediation led by Sana’a Governor Abdul Basit Al Hadi succeeded in ending a murder case between the Al Fatira family from Hamdan District in Sana’a and the Al Jawfi family from Bayda Governorate. In the reconciliation, the heirs of the victim Yahya Mohammed Fatira announced their pardon of the perpetrator Ahmed Hussein Al Jawfi, for the sake of Allah and to honor those present.
According to Yemen News Agency, the mediation efforts brought together members of both families and local leaders to resolve the conflict. The decision to pardon was made in a collective spirit of forgiveness and community restoration. Governor Al Hadi played a crucial role in facilitating the dialogue and ensuring a peaceful resolution to the longstanding dispute.
