Wusab al-safil: The tribes of Wusab al-Safil district in Dhamar governorate convened an armed gathering on Sunday, declaring a general mobilization to end aggression, occupation, and blockade. The event highlighted the tribe's commitment to defending their land and rights.
According to Yemen News Agency, the gathering was attended by prominent figures including Shura Council member Abdu Al-Faqih, the directors of the governorate's Tribal Affairs Authority branch, Yahya Ghailan, the Fisheries Sector, Sadiq As-Sublani, and Wusab Al-Aali district, Mujahid Al-Musannaf. Fuad Al-Qudaimi, the director of Wusab al-Safil district, commended the dedication of the people of Wasab, emphasizing that their mobilization sends a strong message of tribal unity and determination to both domestic and international audiences.
Sheikh Ali al-Abdali, a social affairs official for the western district, highlighted the importance of continued mobilization and military preparedness. The tribes issued a statement declaring their readiness to support the fronts with resources and confront any escalation, underscoring the non-negotiable demand to end the siege through steadfastness and deterrent actions.
The statement reiterated a commitment to unity and resilience, praising leadership efforts within the sovereignty battle.
