Dhamar: Dr. Zaid Al-Haddour, Undersecretary Minister of Education and Scientific Research for the Secondary Education Sector, inaugurated martyr exhibitions and honored the families of martyrs at several schools in Dhamar.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events took place at Al-Zahraa, Balqis, Al-Wahda, Modern Sciences, and Al-Thawra schools. Dr. Al-Haddour commended the quality of student activities and exhibitions, noting the engagement of Dhamar's educational sector in commemorating the annual Martyrs' Day. He stated that the celebration serves as a symbolic expression of pride in the martyrs, preserving their memory, and appreciating their sacrifices which brought honor, victory, and dignity. He emphasized the importance of loyalty to the martyrs through caring for their families, instilling the values and principles they stood for, and following in their path.
Provincial education sector official, Mohammed Al-Hadi, highlighted the educational and school activities organized for the annual Martyrs' Day. He underscored the significance of the commemoration as an educational and spiritual milestone, drawing lessons from the martyrs' sacrifices to strengthen resilience and dedication in defense of the homeland and the nation's causes.
The event was attended by the Deputy Director of Provincial Security, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Moushki; Dhamar District Director, Mohammed Al-Sayqal; representatives of the National Women's Committee, Dr. Ashwaq Al-Mahdi; the Higher Institute of Teachers, Khalid Atef; and other educational leaders.
