US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression Leads to Significant Casualties in Yemen Over Multiple Years

Sana'a: On this day, July 12, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression committed crimes against the Yemeni people, targeting homes, service facilities, and infrastructure in several governorates, resulting in numerous deaths and injuries, including those of children.

According to Yemen News Agency, on July 12, 2015, airstrikes led to the deaths of three citizens and injuries to ten others at the Amran Cement Factory, causing substantial destruction. Additional strikes in Al Dhale' Governorate resulted in further casualties, and airstrikes in Sana'a injured 28 citizens, including women and children, and destroyed homes.

In the Taiz Governorate, two children lost their lives due to airstrikes, while attacks in Saada Governorate killed eight civilians. Multiple airstrikes targeted various areas, leading to extensive property damage and civilian casualties across the region.

The following year, on July 12, 2016, the aggression continued with air raids in Jawf Governorate and other districts, causing civilian injuries and destruction of property. Airstrikes in Hajjah and missile shelling across various areas further exacerbated the situation.

On July 12, 2017, a child was killed by a cluster bomb in Saada, and multiple airstrikes in Hajjah and Marib Governorates resulted in significant destruction of civilian homes. The violence persisted into 2018, with airstrikes in Hodeida causing civilian casualties and significant property damage.

In 2019, the aggression continued with airstrikes and shelling across multiple governorates, causing injuries and substantial destruction. The violence persisted into 2020, with airstrikes in Hajjah leading to the deaths of women and children, and continued shelling causing widespread damage.

On July 12, 2021, airstrikes and shelling resulted in civilian casualties and property damage across several districts. The violence continued in 2022, with mercenaries shelling various areas and establishing combat fortifications, causing further instability.

The aggression persisted into 2023 with reconnaissance aircraft launching raids in Hodeida, and mercenaries continuing their attacks, leading to ongoing destruction and suffering in the region.
