Sana'a: On this day, July 1, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression perpetrated a series of attacks on civilians across various governorates, including Lahj, Taiz, Saada, Amran, Hajjah, Marib, and Sana'a. The airstrikes targeted schools, archaeological sites, communications networks, farms, and civilian properties, resulting in significant casualties and destruction.

According to Yemen News Agency, the aggression's air force commenced its assault on July 1, 2015, with devastating airstrikes in the Al-Husseini area of Lahj Governorate, resulting in the deaths of three civilians, including women and children. In Taiz Governorate, further airstrikes claimed the life of a woman while injuring her husband and two daughters. The aggression's air force also targeted civilian homes and schools in Saada Governorate, killing four citizens and injuring several others.

The aggression continued its onslaught over the years. On July 1, 2016, airstrikes targeted the Nihm district in Sana'a Governorate, killing a truck driver and damaging civilian infrastructure. Similar attacks in Taiz, Jawf, and Marib Governorates resulted in widespread damage to schools and civilian properties.

In 2017, the coalition's air force struck civilian areas in the Nihm district of Sana'a, causing damage to property. The following year, in 2018, Hodeida International Airport and residential areas in Saada were targeted by airstrikes, while missile and artillery shelling from Saudi forces hit border districts.

The aggression persisted through 2019 and 2020, with relentless airstrikes in Saada, Bayda, Hajjah, and other governorates, causing further loss of life and extensive property damage. In 2021, missile and artillery shelling from Saudi forces killed and injured several citizens in Saada's border districts.

By 2022, the aggression's mercenaries intensified artillery shelling in Hodeida, Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, and Saada Governorates, targeting civilian homes and causing significant distress. On July 1, 2023, combat fortifications were established by mercenaries in Taiz and Hodeida, accompanied by artillery shelling and reconnaissance raids.

The continuous series of attacks across these years highlights the severe impact of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression on Yemen, leaving a trail of devastation in its wake.
