Sana'a: On this day, March 29, a series of violent incidents have been recorded over the years due to the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression, resulting in numerous civilian casualties, including women and children, and extensive damage to properties across various Yemeni governorates.
According to Yemen News Agency, on March 29, 2015, airstrikes in Sa'ada and several districts injured eight citizens, including a woman and a child. The attacks targeted residential areas and vital facilities like the Yemeni Gas Company, leading to the explosion of storage tanks. Additionally, five people were injured in an assault on Sa'ada's central prison, causing significant damage and allowing 130 prisoners to escape. Multiple airstrikes in Sana'a resulted in three fatalities and numerous injuries, while extensive damage occurred in Hajjah and Hodeida governorates.
On March 29, 2016, airstrikes in Dhamar and Sana'a Governorates resulted in significant damage to agricultural lands and civilian properties. The Sirwah District in Marib Governorate also experienced numerous air raids.
By March 29, 2017, eight children and two women were killed in Baqim District, Sa'ada Governorate, due to airstrikes on a citizen's home. Several districts in Ibb, Shabwa, and Hajjah governorates suffered from similar aggression, leading to widespread destruction.
In 2018, on the same date, 15 airstrikes in Sa'ada city resulted in the deaths of eight civilians, including four women, and injured 15 others. The attacks targeted an agricultural market and multiple districts experienced extensive damage due to ongoing airstrikes and shelling.
By March 29, 2020, the aggression's mercenaries had killed a woman in Hodeida Governorate and launched numerous air raids across Sana'a, Sa'ada, and Jawf governorates, targeting civilian properties and agricultural sites.
On March 29, 2021, Marib Governorate saw 18 air raids causing significant disruptions. The Saudi army also targeted civilian properties in Baqim, Sa'ada Governorate, with artillery fire.
In 2022, reconnaissance aircraft carried out multiple raids across Taiz, Al-Dhale', and Marib governorates. Mercenary forces shelled various areas, causing destruction to civilian homes and infrastructure in multiple governorates, including Jawf and Hajjah.
Most recently, on March 29, 2023, artillery shelling by Saudi forces killed a citizen and injured an African migrant in Sa'ada Governorate. In Hodeida Governorate, unexploded ordnance critically injured two children, while mercenaries continued shelling various areas, causing further devastation.
