Sana'a: Saba: On this day, March 16, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression launched airstrikes targeting populated areas, water tanks, farms, roads, and fishermen's boats using cluster bombs, committing crimes against the Yemeni people. According to Yemen News Agency, on March 16, 2016, the aggression's warplanes destroyed the water tank project in Harib Bayhan district, Marib province, and launched an airstrike on Al-Maqhad area in Al-Jawf province, resulting in the burning of a citizen's car. The Sofitel area in Al-Houban, Taiz city, along with the vicinity of the Republican Palace and Al-Sallal neighborhood, suffered airstrikes leading to significant damage to homes and displacement of families. Separate areas in Al-Jand and Wadi Arsh were also hit, damaging homes, farms, and public facilities. Three airstrikes on Al-Arqoub area in Khawlan district, Sana'a province, caused severe damage to agricultural lands. On March 16, 2017, a fishing boat in Al-Durayhimi district, Al-Hodeida province, was struck, leaving s even citizens dead and eight injured. More than 30 airstrikes hit Al-Mujayrif and Al-Husseiniyah areas. A woman was killed in Al-Kadaha, Taiz province, by sniper fire. Aggression warships and aircraft targeted areas in Mocha and Khaled camp. Cluster bombs were dropped in Baqim district, and several airstrikes hit Al-Baqa and other areas in Saada province. Al-Saq and Al-Safra areas in Shabwa province were illuminated with bombs, while strikes occurred in various locations, including Haradh customs and Sirwah district. In 2018, strikes continued with numerous airstrikes on Amran and Al-Hodeida provinces. Saada province experienced missile and artillery shelling. On March 16, 2019, a girl was killed and two women injured in Al-Marawi'ah district, Al-Hodeida province. Mercenaries launched artillery and machine-gun fire on several locations, causing widespread damage. In 2020, over 26 airstrikes targeted Sirwah district in Marib province using cluster bombs. The residential areas in Al-Hodeida province faced att acks with Katyusha rockets and machine guns. Several airstrikes hit Saada, Hajjah, and Al-Jawf provinces, causing extensive damage. On March 16, 2021, a US drone strike in Marib city resulted in casualties, and numerous airstrikes occurred in Sirwah district and other regions. Saudi artillery targeted Razih district in Saada province. In Al-Hodeida province, reconnaissance aircraft launched multiple airstrikes, and mercenaries established combat fortifications, shelling various areas. In 2022, five civilians were killed in Al-Durayhimi district, Al-Hodeida province, due to remnants of aggression. Artillery and gunfire continued in several regions, with airstrikes targeting Marib, Al-Jawf, and Hajjah provinces. A woman in Haidan district, Saada province, suffered injuries from a mine explosion.
