These airstrikes, often deploying cluster munitions, have tragically led to the loss of lives, injuries, and widespread destruction of both public and private properties.

According to Yemen News Agency, on March 3, 2016, airstrikes targeted areas in Sa’ada Governorate, killing three citizens and injuring others. The attacks included multiple raids on the Republican Palace and residential areas, causing substantial damage to agricultural markets and homes. Similarly, in Taiz, the airstrikes resulted in deaths and injuries, alongside severe property damage.

In 2017, airstrikes claimed the lives of five citizens and injured ten others in Sa’ada. Raids using cluster munitions caused further casualties and devastation in residential areas. The aggression also extended to Hajjah Governorate, where raids damaged schools and residential zones, leaving a trail of destruction.

The following year, in 2018, airstrikes killed three women in Taiz and injured several others, including children, in Sa’ada. The attacks continued across various districts, affecting homes, farms, and pastures, leading to widespread displacement and suffering.

On March 3, 2019, the strikes persisted, with multiple raids in Hajjah and Sa’ada governorates. Intense shelling in Hodeida caused significant damage to civilian properties. The ongoing conflict led to the loss of lives and injuries among citizens, with mercenaries targeting residential areas with artillery and missiles.

In 2020, the Saudi army’s aggressive actions resulted in missile and artillery shelling in Sa’ada and Sana’a, causing severe damage to civilian infrastructure. The strikes continued in Hodeida, targeting farms and residential zones, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.
