Sana'a: The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning has forecasted variable rainfall and cold weather in several governorates over the next 24 hours.

According to Yemen News Agency, the center's weather bulletin indicates that rainfall of varying intensity, sometimes accompanied by thunder, is expected in the governorates of Taiz, Dale'a, Ibb, Raymah, Al Mahwit, Hodeida, and the Tihama Plain.

Rain may also affect parts of Hajjah, western Dhamar, Shabwah, the highlands of Lahj and Abyan, the coasts of Al Mahrah and Hadramaut, parts of the southern coasts, and the Socotra Archipelago. The weather is likely to be relatively cold to cold in the governorates of Sa'dah, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, and Al Bayda, with minimum temperatures ranging between 6 and 10 degrees Celsius.

The center has issued warnings to citizens and drivers against risking floodwaters in valleys and ravines, or staying in them during and after rainfall, along with reduced horizontal visibility on roads and mountain slopes due to fog. It also advised the elderly, children, and workers during the evening and morning hours in the mountainous areas to be cautious of the relatively cold and chilly weather.
