Bagel: The College of Education and the Center for Continuing Education in Bagel District, Hodeidah Governorate, organized a vigil in solidarity with the Palestinian people, condemning the acts of genocide and starvation attributed to the Zionist occupation against Gaza residents.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the vigil displayed Yemeni and Palestinian flags and held banners condemning the actions of the Zionist forces against children, women, and civilians. They chanted slogans emphasizing the enduring importance of the Palestinian cause to the Yemeni people and underscored that supporting Gaza is an uncompromising religious and national duty.
A statement released during the vigil praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their resistance, which serves as a symbol of sacrifice, freedom, and dignity. It highlighted that the situation in Gaza is part of a broader strategy targeting the Arab and Islamic nations, under the concepts of "Greater Israel" and "the New Middle East."
The event saw participation from faculty members, their assistants, and students from both the college and the center.
