Al-mahwit: Dr. Ali Al-Mufti, Director of Health Services at the Ministry of Health, and Dr. Jibran Al-Qadimi, Director of Hospitals, reviewed the workflow and medical services provided by Al-Jumhouri Teaching Hospital in Al-Mahwit Governorate. They inspected the operations of critical departments, outpatient clinics, medical laboratories, the hospital's oxygen station, as well as dialysis and oncology centers.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Mufti and Dr. Al-Qadimi listened to a briefing from the hospital director, Dr. Hameed Al-Sadiq, on the achievements made during the past period and the efforts exerted to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to patients. Dr. Al-Sadiq explained that the hospital is the primary pillar for providing medical services in the governorate, receiving hundreds of cases daily from various districts. He emphasized the hospital's ongoing efforts to improve service levels and provide both emergency and specialized medical care to patients.
Dr. Al-Sadiq pointed out that the hospital's oxygen station has contributed to continuously meeting the hospital's oxygen needs, in addition to supplying this vital service free of charge to neighboring hospitals and health centers. He noted that hospital leadership gives special attention to the quality of laboratory services and specialized clinics, while addressing challenges faced by the medical and nursing staff. Dr. Al-Sadiq also praised the Ministry of Health for its support and efforts in supplying the hospital with essential materials, which has positively impacted the level of services offered to patients.
For their part, Dr. Ali Al-Mufti and Dr. Jibran Al-Qadimi commended the performance and efforts of the medical and administrative staff at Al-Jumhouri Hospital and affirmed the Ministry's commitment to supporting the hospital and other healthcare facilities in the governorate.
