Waqf Authority Leadership Reviews Mosque Needs in Liberated Districts of Hodeidah

Hodeidah: Ahmed Majali, Deputy Head of the Mosques Sector at the General Authority of Waqf and Guidance, along with Ibrahim Al-Naami, Director of the Authority's office in Hodeidah, inspected on Tuesday the conditions of mosques and Islamic centers in the liberated districts along the western coast. Majali and Al-Naami, accompanied by Abdulrahman Al-Warfi, the province's Guidance Sector official, and Ahmed Ismail, Director of Mosques at the Authority's office, reviewed the needs of mosques in the districts of Hays and Al-Khokha and assessed the conditions of their staff.

According to Yemen News Agency, the officials visited several historic mosques and Islamic centers to assess their structural and technical conditions. Majali and Al-Naami stated that the visit aimed to identify the needs of mosques and historic Islamic sites and assess the extent of damage they had sustained. They affirmed the Authority's commitment to rehabilitating and restoring mosques, preserving them, providing necessary care for their staff, and continuing to meet mosque needs, including essential restoration and maintenance work.
