Sana’a: The General Women’s Cultural Authority held the central workshop to establish the Ramadan program for the year 1446 AH in Al-Kawthar Quranic Schools during the holy month. The workshop, with the participation of the coordinators of Al-Kawthar Quranic Schools in various governorates, aimed to discuss the Ramadan program, presentation methods, and practical mechanisms that enable students to benefit from the lessons in various areas of social and practical life.

According to Yemen News Agency, the participants in the workshop will hold more than 60 central and sub-workshops in their governorates, so that the lessons will be presented during the holy month of Ramadan in more than 700 schools across the governorates. The coordinator of Al-Kawthar Quranic Schools, Amat Al-Wahab Al-Runi, pointed out the importance of the workshop in preparing for the curriculum of the holy month of Ramadan, considering it an opportunity that should be taken advantage of.

Al-Runi explained that Al-Kawthar Schools have prepared an intensive cultural program that aligns with the significance of the holy month. The program includes Quranic sessions for review, recitation, mastery, and contemplation, alongside Ramadan program sessions designed to consolidate the meanings of knowing Allah and trusting in Him. She also highlighted that the program includes hours dedicated to studying the World Quds Day binder, emphasizing the importance of reviving the Palestinian cause and taking Quranic positions in confronting adversaries.

The program features sessions on fasting, healthy nutrition in Ramadan, and lessons on Zakat, aiming to achieve the objectives of legitimate Zakat in both spirit and practice. Additionally, the program addresses the crimes of the US-Saudi aggression over ten years and aims to reinforce steadfastness against such aggression.

Al-Runi stressed the importance of utilizing the holy month to embrace Allah’s guidance and encouraged women to attend Al-Kawthar Quranic schools where these lessons are provided. A Quran memorization competition was also held during the workshop, honoring participants who memorized Surah Al-Imran with symbolic gifts.
