Hajjah: The Women's Authority in Hajjah governorate organized several solidarity vigils on Friday to show support for the Palestinian people, under the slogan: "Steadfast with Gaza... Our Readiness Is High to Face All Enemy Conspiracies." Participants in the gatherings across various areas displayed Palestinian and Yemeni flags, along with banners denouncing the enemies of Islam, traitors, and collaborators.
According to Yemen News Agency, the participants condemned the brutal acts committed by the Zionist regime against children and women in Gaza. They highlighted the regime's starvation and thirst tactics, which aim to exterminate the population of the Strip and manipulate humanitarian aid as a means to harm. Additionally, the efforts of the Zionist entity to Judaize Jerusalem through settlement expansion and home demolitions were strongly opposed.
The vigils criticized the passive stance of Arab and Islamic regimes on the atrocities committed by the Zionists in Gaza, the West Bank, and the aggressions against Lebanon, which continue in plain view of the international community. A statement from the vigils emphasized an ongoing commitment to jihad for Allah, taking responsibility, and maintaining a clear, firm, and escalating position in support of Palestinians.
The statement urged Muslims everywhere to bolster the resistance in Gaza with weapons and other means to fortify their steadfastness, describing this as the prudent and rightful course of action. It also warned against the Zionist-American enemy's strategy of deploying agents within and outside the Ummah to exert pressure on the resistance in Gaza, Palestine, and Lebanon, using local and regional pretexts of 'interests' as part of a broader aggression against the Ummah.
