Women’s Committee in Taiz Holds Stand to Commemorate International Quds Day

General

Taiz: The Women's Committee in Taiz organized a solidarity stand in commemoration of International Quds Day, affirming the steadfast faith-based position of Yemeni women in supporting the Palestinian cause and standing with the Iranian people under the slogan: 'Quds is the Compass of the Free, and Jihad is the Path to Victory.'

According to Yemen News Agency, participants at the stand, held at the Poet Stadium in Al-Taiziyah District, chanted slogans expressing outrage at the crimes and violations committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people. They emphasized that Yemeni women have always been and will remain key partners in the battle for dignity and guardians of sincere faith-based positions.

A statement issued by the stand empowered the women of Taiz to authorize the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, to take all strategic decisions and positions to support Palestine. The statement reaffirmed Al-Quds as the eternal capital of Palestine, a sacred Islamic stance that rejects Judaization, and described its liberation as a true divine promise, whose signs are approaching day by day thanks to the steadfastness of the mujahideen in the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' battle, which exposed all masks.

The statement also honored, with pride, the heroic deeds of resistance fighters in Palestine and Lebanon, especially Hezbollah's mujahideen, who shattered the aura of the Zionist enemy and disproved the myth of its 'invincible army,' presenting inspiring examples of sacrifice, patience, and jihad against the US-Zionist killing machine. It praised the honorable positions of the countries of the Resistance Axis, particularly the Islamic Republic of Iran, which affirmed that the era of impunity has ended and that any Zionist aggression will be met with a strong response reaching the depths of the entity and breaking the dominance and arrogance it seeks to impose on the region.

The statement renewed the commitment to continue supporting the frontlines, enhancing popular backing, sending aid convoys, and standing with the Yemeni Armed Forces in their historic role of confronting the Zionist enemy and protecting Islamic holy sites from the filth of the occupying Zionists. It called upon the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations to leave the realm of silence, passivity and to act consciously and responsibly to support the resistance, enforce economic boycotts, and expose the crimes of the occupation, considering this the minimum religious and humanitarian duty toward the genocide being inflicted on the Palestinian people.

The women of Taiz urged Yemeni women to continue active participation in charitable efforts and in the 'Prepare Against Them' convoy, supporting the armed forces in defending the Palestinian cause and preparing for upcoming rounds of confrontation with the forces of global arrogance. Participants stressed that the blood of martyrs and the steadfastness of the resistance in the Gaza Strip are shaping a new dawn for the Ummah, in which the fortresses of injustice crumble and the voice of truth rises. They affirmed that Yemen will remain a strong, unwavering voice against global tyranny led by the U.S. administration.

They reiterated that the Yemeni people will continue to stand with the resistance until the flag of freedom flies over the Dome of Al-Aqsa Mosque, fulfilling Allah's promise of victory and empowerment. During the stand, the Women's Committee of the governorate provided material support to the missile and naval forces on International Quds Day.
