Sana'a: The Women's Development Department in Bilad Al-Rus District, Sana'a Governorate, organized a concluding cultural event commemorating the birth of Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her). The event's speeches highlighted key moments in the life of Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her), the Lady of the Women of the Worlds, and how she faced challenges alongside her father (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) during the early days of Islam and her life with her husband, Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, the speakers emphasized the importance for women to learn about the life and example of Fatima al-Zahra, so that she may serve as a role model and guide, fostering spiritual growth, purifying the soul, and cleansing the heart, as Allah Almighty intended. The speeches considered the anniversary of Fatima al-Zahra's birth an educational and spiritual milestone, offering inspiration from the lessons, values, principles, and ethics of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), strengthening patience, steadfastness, and resilience in the face of oppression, and embodying noble character and virtuous qualities.
They pointed out that Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) embodies the values and ethics of Islam at the highest level, making her an exemplary role model for believing women.
