Taiz: The Women's Authority in Al-Ta'ziyah District of Taiz Governorate organized a speech event and women's gathering on Monday to commemorate the Al-Sarkah annual anniversary, reaffirming steadfastness and support for the 'jihad and resistance' axis under the slogan: 'The Chant of Innocence and Freedom.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the event highlighted the importance of commemorating the Al-Sarkah anniversary, initiated by the late leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi. The event emphasized the slogan's role in confronting what are described as forces of evil and tyranny, specifically targeting the United States and Israel.
Speakers at the event discussed the impact of 'Al-Sayha' in mobilizing the nation toward direct confrontation with 'the head of evil,' referring to the United States, Israel, and their allies. They noted that the slogan has significantly contributed to exposing global arrogance and domination.
The speakers also highlighted the slogan's influence in promoting disavowal of the nation's enemies, confronting arrogant powers, and reviving a spirit of resilience and steadfastness. The event featured expressive vocal and nasheed performances.
Following the ceremony, women from Taiz Governorate held a gathering to reaffirm their steadfast position of disavowal of tyrants, loyalty to sacred values, and support for the 'jihad and resistance' axis.
