Marib: The districts of Harib al-Qaramish, Majzar, and Badbadah in Marib governorate witnessed on Monday women's cultural events commemorating the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers at the event organized by the Illiteracy Eradication Department in Harib al-Qaramish highlighted the importance of celebrating the Prophet's birth as a spiritual occasion that strengthens Yemenis' bond with their Messenger, and renews adherence to the Muhammadan message which, they said, enemies are seeking to erase through false claims.
The Women's Authority and the Women's Awareness Department in Majzar also held an event where speakers underscored the moral and spiritual significance of the commemoration, noting that it inspires self-purification and emulation of the Prophet's patience, ethics, struggle, and righteous path in all aspects of life. They affirmed that this occasion has always been among the greatest commemorations upheld by the Yemeni people throughout history.
Similarly, the Women's Authority and the Women's Awareness Department in Badbadah marked the occasion with a speech event, during which speakers stressed that celebrating the Prophet's birth reflects the deep-rooted faith identity of the Yemeni people, embodies values of dignity and empowerment, and instills resilience and steadfastness in the face of challenges.
