Saada: The Yemen General Organization for Radio and Television and Yemen Media Channel have announced their mourning for Issa Atef, the Director of Media in Saada Governorate and correspondent for Yemen TV, who tragically lost his life in a shooting incident.
According to Yemen News Agency, Atef was a leading figure in Yemeni media, known for his significant contributions to reporting on the Saudi- and American-led coalition’s activities in Saada. His work included uncovering crimes in Yemen and offering media support for the Palestinian resistance.
The organization highlighted Atef’s exemplary character, describing him as gentle and humble. They urged security services to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident, which stemmed from a land dispute, and to take appropriate actions.
The organization extended heartfelt condolences to Atef’s family, colleagues, and the media community.
