Yemeni Authority Launches New Phase of ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ Training for Employees

Sana'a: The Yemeni Authority for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control has initiated the eleventh phase of its 'Al-Aqsa Flood' training courses at its headquarters and the fourteenth phase across its branches. Over 40 employees from various departments and branches are participating in this open mobilization program, which aims to enhance their awareness and responsibility.

According to Yemen News Agency, these courses are part of the Authority's ongoing efforts to build a workforce that integrates professional performance with faith-based awareness. The training is designed to strengthen employees' national and spiritual values, improve institutional performance, and boost morale in response to current challenges.

During the inauguration event, Abdullah Al-Atifi, the Authority's Executive Director General, emphasized the importance of these programs in fostering a disciplined and initiative-driven workforce. He stated that they align with the state's efforts to reinforce societal resilience and strengthen the faith identity of its employees.

Al-Atifi further explained that the courses aim to develop the skills and professional competence of the staff, ultimately enhancing the quality of the Authority's performance. This initiative is expected to bolster the organization's role in consumer protection and the assurance of goods and services quality.
