Yemeni Million-Man Marches Honor Martyrs and Pledge Continued Resistance


Sana’a: The Yemeni people gathered on Friday in massive numbers across the capital Sana’a and other governorates to honor the nation’s martyrs and reaffirm their commitment to the jihadist path. These gatherings, which took place in al-Sabeen Square and numerous other locations, were marked by a strong display of loyalty to those who have sacrificed their lives in the nation’s fateful battle.



According to Yemen News Agency, the marches were held under the slogan “Two Years of Giving… and Loyalty to the Blood of the Martyrs,” with participants raising images of prominent martyred leaders, including Lieutenant General Mohammed Abdulkarim al-Ghammari and Yahya al-Sinwar. These leaders are remembered for their roles in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and the Holy Jihad, particularly in their efforts towards the liberation of Jerusalem.



The demonstrators renewed their pledge to follow the path of the martyrs, emphasizing their readiness to face any future conflict with the Zionist entity and its supporters. They also expressed appreciation for the Yemeni leadership under Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, highlighting their steadfast support for the Palestinian cause over two years of ongoing confrontation.



Throughout the marches, participants chanted slogans celebrating the sacrifices of the martyrs and their contribution to the path of jihad. They reaffirmed their commitment to continue supporting the Palestinian people and resistance, asserting that the blood of the martyrs strengthens the resolve to confront any aggression.



The capital Sana’a saw one of the largest gatherings, with participants demonstrating their unwavering support for Palestine and the resistance factions in Gaza. This massive presence illustrated the Yemeni people’s deep-rooted connection to their nation’s causes and their determination to uphold the path of faith and jihad.



In Sa’ada governorate, 45 rallies were held, affirming the people’s readiness to fulfill their duties should the Zionist enemy violate agreements. The governorate’s residents expressed pride in their sacrifices within the framework of the “Promised Victory and Holy Jihad” battle.



Mahweet governorate witnessed 95 rallies, emphasizing the Yemeni people’s steadfast position on the Palestinian cause and their continuous support for the resistance in Gaza. Participants declared that loyalty to the martyrs’ blood marks a new phase of national awareness and resilience.



In Hodeida governorate, public marches took place in 317 squares, marking two years of dedication to the Palestinian cause. The participants expressed their condolences for the martyrdom of Lieutenant General Mohammed Abdulkarim al-Ghammari and reiterated their readiness to defend their nation’s independence and honor.



Other governorates, including Sana’a, Dhale’, Hajjah, Raymah, Bayda, Dhamar, Ibb, Marib, Jawf, Amran, Taiz, and Lahj, also saw significant gatherings. Each region emphasized its continued support for the Palestinian cause and readiness to confront any Zionist aggression.



The statement issued at the end of these marches highlighted the Yemeni people’s commitment to the path of jihad and their unwavering support for Palestine. It underscored the importance of preparing for future conflicts and maintaining vigilance against any threats to justice and freedom.
