Yemeni President Denounces Saudi Allegations of Medina Targeting

Sana'a:Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, has strongly criticized the Saudi regime for renewing claims that Yemen targeted Medina. He views these allegations as baseless and indicative of Saudi Arabia's current state of failure and impotence.

According to Yemen News Agency, President al-Mashat firmly holds the Saudi regime accountable for any acts of aggression against sacred Islamic sites such as Mecca, Medina, or the Prophet's Mosque. He condemns any efforts to attribute such actions to the Yemeni people.

Al-Mashat emphasized that Yemenis are engaged in a significant struggle against major military powers, including the United States, Britain, and the Zionist entity, to protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque. He asserted that Yemen remains ready to defend Mecca and other sacred sites by any necessary means.
