Sana’a: The first scientific conference of Yemeni universities, titled “al-Aqsa Flood,” is set to commence next Tuesday in the capital, Sana’a, featuring extensive participation from both local and international communities.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Abdullah al-Shami, who leads the conference’s supervisory committee, stated that the three-day event will delve into the “al-Aqsa Flood” operation. The conference aims to discuss its impact on the Arab and Islamic world, its effects on Israel, and significant military operations aimed at global Zionism.
The event seeks to investigate the consequences of the operation a year later, focusing on its role in shaping the jihadist consciousness of the nation and its broader regional and global implications. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with over 100 research papers that encompass themes such as leadership, politics, history, culture, social issues, law, health, education, economics, media, and military affairs.
A key focus of the conference will be the role of leadership in the al-Aqsa Flood battle and Yemen’s support for the Palestinian cause. Dr. Fouad Hanash, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, emphasized that the conference is part of Yemen’s broader efforts to strengthen resistance against the Zionist enemy, utilizing academic discourse and research as a means of support.
