Yemeni Workers’ Union Condemns Targeted Attacks on Civilian Facilities

General

Sana'a: The General Union of Yemeni Workers' Syndicates has issued a strong condemnation against the recent Zionist aggression targeting civilian entities and service facilities in Sana'a. The attacks, which occurred last Sunday, have resulted in significant damage to infrastructure and the loss of lives among workers and citizens.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Union specifically highlighted the destruction of the Yemeni Oil Company stations and the Haziz Electricity Company. The assault led to the martyrdom and injury of dozens, further escalating concerns over the safety of civilians in the region. The Union's statement emphasized that these repeated aggressions are a testament to the enemy's inability to undermine the resolve of the Yemeni people, who continue to support the Palestinian cause in Gaza.

The statement urged global communities and union leaders to break their silence and stand in solidarity with Yemen. It called on them to condemn the targeting of Yemeni workers, who are striving to maintain essential services and provide for their families under increasingly dangerous conditions.

The appeal extended to people of conscience worldwide, urging them to adopt humanitarian stances and support the Yemeni position in light of the ongoing threats faced by civilians and service workers in the country.
