Sanaa: Yemenis have demonstrated unwavering determination in the face of ongoing US-Saudi Emirati aggression and blockade, as highlighted by Sultan Al-Samie, a member of the Supreme Political Council. Al-Samie emphasized that over ten years of such challenges, the Yemeni people have transformed adversity into opportunity, turning pain into hope and destruction into progress.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Samie underscored the significance of commemorating the anniversary of the National Steadfastness Day in the Face of Aggression, honoring those who sacrificed their lives for the nation’s triumph over foreign invaders. He remarked on the Yemeni people’s remarkable resilience and their ability to continue confronting aggressors with perseverance and sacrifice.
Al-Samie also commended Yemen’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, notably through actions such as imposing the naval blockade and opposing the Zionist entity in occupied territories. Yemen’s stance against America, which supports Israel, was also emphasized. He stated that Yemen’s determination to complete its strategy of liberating occupied lands and achieving national goals is respected worldwide.
Furthermore, Al-Samie called for unity among Yemeni political parties, advocating for peace and national reconciliation under the Republic’s framework. He urged for strengthened partnerships across Yemen, from Al-Mahra to Sa’ada, in sharing power and resources for the nation’s advancement.
