Taiz: Today, the professional integration phase was launched in Taiz Governorate for 420 beneficiaries of the economic empowerment project, in 12 programs implemented by the General Authority for Zakat.
According to Yemen News Agency, at the launch, the Deputy Director General of the Zakat Authority Office in the Governorate, Fawaz Hassan, emphasized the importance of the beneficiaries’ involvement in the labor market. He highlighted the need to equip them with necessary expertise and knowledge to establish income-generating professional and industrial projects, enabling their transition from poverty to production.
Hassan reiterated to the beneficiaries, who were distributed to several workshops and sites to practice and apply the professions learned during the previous phase, the importance of adhering to professional work ethics and making the most of the opportunity to gain further experience and professionalism.
