Zaydiyah District Launches Summer Courses in Hodeida

Hodeida: The Subcommittee for Summer Courses and Activities in Hodeida Governorate launched the summer activities for the year 1446 AH in al-Zaydiyah District, under the slogan “Knowledge and Jihad.”

According to Yemen News Agency, at the launch event, First Deputy Governor Ahmed al-Bishri highlighted the role of summer centers as educational platforms that contribute to building positive awareness and instilling religious and moral values in the youth. He pointed out that these activities help in discovering and refining students’ talents and enhancing their skills in various fields.

Major General Fadel al-Dhayani, Commander of the Northern Axis, stated that summer activities are crucial in guiding young people towards constructive behavior and fostering a strong sense of belonging. He noted that they help in creating a generation that is knowledgeable and directed, steering clear of cultural confusion.

Dr. Ibrahim Al Idrisi, a representative of the Subcommittee, explained that the central plan for the summer courses combines education and motivation to build integrated personalities capable of understanding and initiative. Hassan Al-Ahdal, the director of the directorate, emphasized the importance of providing a suitable environment to ensure participants fully benefit from the programs and to accommodate the growing demand for summer courses.

The launch was attended by several executive leaders from the governorate and the directorate.
