132 Judges Sworn In to Serve in Primary Courts Across Governorates

Sana'a: Today, 132 judges, who are graduates of the 23rd class of the Higher Judicial Institute, took the legal oath before the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdul-Mu'min Shuja'a al-Din, and the President of the Supreme Court, Judge Abdul-Samad al-Mutawakkil. This ceremony follows a decision by the Judicial Council to assign them to various primary courts in the capital and other governorates, setting the stage for them to commence their judicial duties.

According to Yemen News Agency, the President of the Council welcomed the new judges after the oath-taking ceremony, highlighting the significant responsibility they now bear. He emphasized the crucial role they will play in upholding justice and the mission of the judiciary in their respective assignments.
