Haydan: The 74th free eye surgery camp, implemented by the Health Care Association for Affected Communities at Haydan Central Hospital in Sa'ada Governorate, successfully conducted 165 surgeries.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Nashwan Al-Attab, head of the association, detailed that the medical camp, funded by the General Authority for Zakat, carried out 140 cataract surgeries, 21 pterygium excisions, and four lipoma removals.
The four-day camp, organized in cooperation with the governorate's health office, provided medical services to 937 patients, with 182 individuals benefiting from laboratory services. Dr. Al-Attab commended the humanitarian efforts of the General Authority for Zakat in supporting the camp.
