89 Rallies Held in Taiz Supporting Armed Forces and Condemning Disinformation

Taiz: Residents of Taiz governorate gathered on Friday in 89 rallies across the governorate's districts to support the Yemeni Armed Forces, reinforce the "blockade-for-blockade" equation, refute Saudi enemy allegations regarding the targeting of Mecca, and reaffirm their steadfast, principled stance on the nation's causes.

According to Yemen News Agency, the rallies took place at the "Great Messenger" Square in the governorate center and in squares across the districts, with the participation of Acting Governor of Taiz Ahmed Al-Masawa, Ansarullah Political Bureau member Fadl Abu Talib, and Shura Council members. The crowds chanted slogans condemning systematic media disinformation and the exploitation of holy sites to justify the aggression and blockade against Yemen.

The participants affirmed that this massive turnout was in defense of the honor of their authentic Islamic identity and a categorical rejection of the fabrications and allegations promoted by the Saudi enemy to tarnish Yemen's honorable stance. They declared their commitment to their just cause in confronting the blockade and aggression, ongoing for 12 years, and their steadfastness in the principled position of protecting holy sites, foremost among them Mecca, Medina, and Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as supporting the Palestinian people.

The crowds condemned the enemy's lies, which falsely accuse the Yemeni people of targeting Mecca, as a blatant attempt to distort public perception and divert attention from the crimes and economic blockade inflicted upon the Yemeni people. They emphasized that the Yemeni people's faith-based identity renders the protection of the Two Holy Mosques and sacred sites an unwavering, doctrinal duty beyond political exploitation or compromise.

The participants reiterated their support for the strategic choices adopted by the leadership and the armed forces, supporting military operations aimed at breaking the blockade and establishing legitimate deterrence equations to defend national sovereignty and dignity. The rally statement praised God for the victories bestowed upon the nation, congratulated the revolutionary leadership and the armed forces on their military strikes and operations, and honored the souls of the martyrs.

The statement further affirmed the Yemeni people's natural right to respond to aggression using all legitimate means and forms of retaliation and authorized their leadership and army to respond in an appropriate manner. It also reiterated their steadfast stance on the Nation's causes, particularly defending holy sites against plots by Zionist enemies, and their unwavering commitment to defending the Palestinian cause.

Finally, the statement called upon all regimes, parties, and entities to stand with them in the arenas of genuine, honorable action, distinguishing the sincere from the deceitful regarding their zeal for, and protection of, the Nation's holy sites, honor, and dignity.
