Abdulsalam: Mohammed Abdulsalam, Head of the National Negotiating Delegation, described the downing of a hostile Saudi enemy warplane as a major scandal for the Saudi regime. He stated that the regime misleads the world with lies and deceives public opinion by claiming it is not committing aggression against Yemen, yet its own hostile warplane has exposed it and revealed the falsity of its claims.
According to Yemen News Agency, Abdulsalam posted on the "X" platform, declaring, "By the grace of Allah Almighty, the valiant Yemeni Armed Forces have dealt a painful blow to the Saudi regime by announcing the downing of a hostile Saudi F-15 warplane in the airspace of Marib Governorate."
He added that although the Saudi aggression against Yemen requires no further proof, the volume of fabrications promoted by the Saudi regime and the susceptibility of some to its claims make the downing of this hostile Saudi warplane a warning message to the region and the world to beware of falling victim to Saudi Arabia's propaganda.
The Head of the National Negotiating Delegation remarked that this operation underscores the growing aerial capabilities of Yemen, enhancing the protection of national sovereignty. He emphasized that Yemen's airspace will not remain open to violation indefinitely and that the enemy's losses will continue to mount.
He further warned Saudi pilots and others recruited to their side to consider that while they might take off from their bases in future missions, they may not return. Abdulsalam stated that the fate of those pilots would be either death or capture, joining the two Saudi pilots who have remained in captivity in Sana'a due to the Saudi regime's indifference. He added that this situation demonstrates that the Saudi regime holds no value for its pilots, having left them in captivity for years without securing their release and complicating any deal aimed at releasing all prisoners.
