Al-mahwit: The faculties of Administrative and Human Sciences, Engineering, and Education at Al-Mahwit University today organized an academic stand in support of the Armed Forces, condemning the Saudi enemy's claims regarding targeting Mecca.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by deans of the faculties, their deputies, faculty members, administrators, and both male and female students. Participants at the stand affirmed their firm support for the Armed Forces, emphasizing their unity in the battle to defend the homeland, religion, and Islamic sanctities. They highlighted the importance of enhancing community awareness to confront media misinformation campaigns and rumors.
A statement issued by the stand described the claims related to the Armed Forces targeting Mecca as exposed attempts at misinformation aimed at misleading public opinion both regionally and internationally. The statement called on the academic and student communities to play their role in spreading awareness and countering hostile media campaigns.
Participants reiterated their commitment to supporting the Armed Forces and both national and Islamic causes, noting that the current stage necessitates greater cohesion, solidarity, and strengthening of the home front.
