Acting Minister of Agriculture Evaluates Service Efficiency at Ministry

Sana'a: Acting Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources Ammar al-Karim on Monday inspected the operations of the General Directorate of Public Services and the Ministry's Service Delivery Center. He reviewed the mechanism for providing services to clients and the rate of transaction completion.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Karim listened to explanations from relevant officials regarding the procedures followed in receiving and processing citizens' transactions, the level of performance at various service windows, and the efforts being made to simplify procedures and improve the quality of services provided to clients.

He emphasized the importance of redoubling efforts to facilitate citizens' transactions and complete them as quickly as possible, which contributes to improving the level of administrative and service performance and strengthening the principles of transparency and professional conduct.

The Acting Minister of Agriculture stressed the necessity of adhering to professional responsibilities, treating clients positively, and working as a unified team to overcome difficulties and provide distinguished services that meet citizens' needs and alleviate their suffering.

He pointed out the Ministry leadership's keenness to develop the administrative and service work system, in order to keep pace with the requirements of the current stage and contribute to raising the efficiency of performance and improving the level of services provided to citizens.
