Marib: In retaliation to the American aggression against the country, which has launched several raids on different areas over the past hours, resulting in casualties and damage to citizens' properties, Yemeni air defenses have successfully shot down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone. The drone was carrying out hostile missions in the airspace of Ma'rib Governorate and was intercepted using a locally made missile.
According to Yemen News Agency, this marks the sixteenth drone that Yemeni air defenses have successfully shot down during the Battle of the Promised Victory and the Holy Jihad in support of Gaza. The Yemeni Armed Forces reaffirm their commitment to preventing Israeli navigation in the Red and Arabian Seas and pledge continued support to the Palestinian people until the aggression against Gaza ceases and the blockade is lifted.
The Yemeni Armed Forces also stated that they would not hesitate, with divine assistance, to execute further defensive operations against enemy warships in the coming days.
