Al-bayda: Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris inspected the progress of preparations for the Mawlid al-Nabawi celebration in Al-Sawadiyah District. During the visit, Governor Idris was briefed by officials on the work being carried out to prepare the celebration grounds and the main stage for receiving guests honoring the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Idris affirmed that this year's Mawlid celebrations are expected to witness unprecedented popular participation. He urged the implementing authorities to complete the preparations efficiently and to ensure the expansion of the celebration area. He highlighted the significance of this religious occasion, reflecting the esteemed position of the Prophet in the hearts of all Muslims, particularly among the Yemeni people.
Governor Idris also emphasized that commemorating the Mawlid demonstrates the Yemeni people's commitment to their faith, their rejection of all forms of domination, and their readiness to make sacrifices in defense of the nation's causes.
