Sana'a: Mass rallies were held across Al-Bayda governorate on Monday in support of and in endorsement of the Yemeni Armed Forces' announcement imposing a maritime blockade on the Saudi enemy.
According to Yemen News Agency, the rallies, held in the governorate center and districts, were attended by Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris, mobilization, military, and security leaders, as well as social figures. Participants expressed pride in the Armed Forces' historic statement announcing the implementation of a "blockade for blockade" equation and the imposition of a maritime blockade on the Saudi enemy in response to the continued unjust blockade and aggression against the Yemeni people for nearly 12 years.
The demonstrators chanted slogans condemning the Saudi aggression and the continuation of the blockade imposed on the Yemeni people, affirming that the Yemeni people would continue to reclaim their rights and hold the Saudi regime and its allies accountable for what they described as crimes and a suffocating blockade committed against Yemen. They described the announcement as a legitimate and necessary strategic step to break arrogance, restore the usurped rights of the Yemeni people, and end the humanitarian suffering that has exceeded all limits.
The people of Al-Bayda reaffirmed their readiness to confront the Saudi enemy and respond to what they described as its crimes against the Yemeni people. They also announced their full authorization for Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi to take appropriate decisions toward the Saudi enemy until what they referred to as the "coalition of evil" submits to Yemen's legitimate demands and the recovery of all stolen rights and resources.
The participants further announced the continuation of mobilization efforts, raising readiness levels, and preparing to support the frontlines and confront all developments with courage regardless of the sacrifices required.
