Al-Bayda Kidney Dialysis Center’s Medical Services Inspected

Al-bayda: Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris and Dr. Ibrahim Al-Shami, CEO of the Yemeni-Omani United Company (YOU), inspected on Thursday the level of medical services provided at the free charitable kidney dialysis center in Al-Bayda City. During the visit, they reviewed patients' conditions, the services offered by the center, and the distribution of financial assistance to patients. They also received a briefing from the center's management on its medical services. In its first phase, the facility has a capacity of 30 beds and 20 dialysis machines, in addition to an intensive care unit, laboratories, and other supporting facilities.

According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Idris praised the efforts of the medical staff and their commitment to providing care for patients. He also expressed appreciation for the donors, contributors, and those involved in implementing the charitable project, highlighting their sense of religious and humanitarian responsibility in helping ease patients' suffering.

For his part, Dr. Al-Shami commended the efforts made to establish and equip the center, as well as the strong community support for such initiatives despite the difficult conditions resulting from the aggression, blockade, and their consequences. He also praised the efforts of Al-Bayda's local leadership and the community in preparing the dialysis center, which serves patients from the governorate and neighboring provinces.
