Al-Dhale': A meeting held on Saturday in Al-Dhale' Province, led by Acting Governor Abdul Latif Al-Shaghdari, focused on ongoing preparations for the upcoming 1447 AH academic year. The gathering saw participation from key figures, including the Governorate's Deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Sadiq Al-Idrisi, Education Sector official Mohsen Sufyan, and several school principals.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Shaghdari stressed the significance of aligning all preparations with the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research's established plan. He underscored the necessity of a smooth educational process to enhance academic performance quality, urging combined efforts from both officials and the community to ensure a successful academic year.
The Acting Governor also highlighted raising community awareness for the "Back to School" campaign, the formation of a committee to verify data, and the redistribution of teachers according to legal class schedule requirements. Meanwhile, the province's education official reviewed preparations for launching the academic year and accommodating students. He emphasized the importance of implementing outcomes from a recent Ministry of Education workshop, which included correcting educational practices, selecting contractors based on required allocations, approving the general structure, and redistributing surplus teachers to schools.
