Al-dhalea: The local authority and the Public Mobilization Department in Al-Dhalea Governorate today convened an expanded meeting in Damt District to initiate activities commemorating the Prophet's Birthday, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, Acting Governor Abdul Latif Al-Shughdari underscored the importance of celebrating this significant religious occasion, which embodies love and loyalty to the Messenger of God. He emphasized the importance of following the Prophet's example in both word and deed. Al-Shughdari highlighted the necessity of expressing joy and celebrating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), urging the decoration of neighborhoods, homes, and streets, and promoting values of benevolence in a way that reflects the occasion's significance in the hearts of Yemenis.
Al-Shughdari also called for strengthening the bond with the Prophet, renewing the commitment to follow his path in confronting the enemies of the Ummah, and showing loyalty through supporting Gaza and the Palestinian people. He applauded the engagement of Damt's residents in preparing for activities and events marking the Prophet's Birthday.
Mobilization Officer Ahmed Al-Murrani emphasized the significance of observing this occasion and drawing lessons from the life of the Prophet (PBUH). He noted that commemorating the Prophet's Birthday is an act of honoring the Prophet and a means of vexing disbelievers and hypocrites.
