Al-farah: Claims of Yemen targeting Mecca are outright lie: Ansarullah Political Bureau member Mohammed Al-Farah said claims that Yemen targeted Mecca are 'an outright lie' and have no basis in fact.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Farah emphasized in a statement to Saba that Yemenis prioritize the protection of Mecca and other Islamic holy sites far more than those who use them for political gains. He criticized Saudi Arabia for its current situation in Yemen, where it is embroiled in a war, blockade, and occupation without achieving its goals. Al-Farah accused Riyadh of attempting to garner external support by falsely claiming that Mecca was targeted, a ploy he believes is designed to rally Muslims against Yemen and distract from the core issues at hand.
Al-Farah called for a cessation of aggression and blockade, as well as an end to foreign interference in Yemen. He also demanded compensation for the destruction wrought by years of conflict, arguing that these steps would pave the way for Saudi Arabia to achieve security and stability. He cautioned that continued aggression and calls for international protection would not alter the outcomes of Saudi policies, asserting that those who initiate conflict must be prepared to face its repercussions.
