Marib: Supreme Political Council member Mohammed Al-Nuaimi sent a heartfelt message of condolences on the death of Sheikh Rabish bin Makhbout Kalan, a distinguished figure among the sheikhs of Al-Jadaan in Marib Governorate. Sheikh Kalan passed away after a lifetime dedicated to service and commitment to his community.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Nuaimi addressed his message to the deceased's son, Sheikh Abdullah, as well as his brothers, Sheikh Mardi bin Makhbout Kalan, and his siblings. In his message, Al-Nuaimi extolled the virtues and national contributions of Sheikh Kalan, highlighting his significant social role, especially in dispute resolution.
Al-Nuaimi remarked on Sheikh Kalan's stature as a prominent tribal leader and a symbol of wisdom, loyalty, and integrity. He emphasized that Sheikh Kalan's death is a substantial loss to the nation, recognizing his invaluable influence and service.
Expressing his deepest sympathies, Al-Nuaimi extended his condolences to the sons and family of the deceased, particularly the Al-Jadaan tribe, and more broadly to the Nahm and Bakil tribes. He offered prayers for God's mercy on Sheikh Kalan and for patience and solace for his grieving family.
In a solemn reflection, Al-Nuaimi concluded with the words, 'Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.'
