Al-Quran University Branch in Sa’ada Holds Event Marking Prophet’s Birthday

Sa'ada: The branch of Al-Quran University and Academic Sciences in Sa'ada Governorate organized a cultural and oratory event in celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him and his family) birthday anniversary for the year 1447 AH. The event was attended by Shura Council member Hadi Al-Hamzi, Deputy Governor Saleh Uqab, and the head of the university branch, Ahmed Masra'.

According to Yemen News Agency, the head of the cultural sector in the governorate, Yahya Al-Hamzi, highlighted the importance of commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), emphasizing the need to draw lessons and values from his life and legacy. He noted that marking this occasion reflects the Yemeni people's strong adherence to their faith identity and deep connection with the Messenger of God and the Muhammadan message.

Cultural activist Abdullah Mujalli stressed the significance of honoring this religious anniversary and the greatness of its noble figure, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. He pointed out that glorifying the Messenger of God is the key to guidance and following his example, warning that any deviation from the Prophet and his message would lead to loss, misguidance, fragmentation, and submission to the domination of enemies.
