Taiz: Al-Rahda Customs Center in Taiz province destroyed 150 tons of smuggled, prohibited, expired, and substandard goods, including medicines. This action took place on Saturday and involved the disposal of goods that had been deemed harmful or illegal.
According to Yemen News Agency, the center's director, Majid Al-Taifi, stated that the confiscated goods were seized by customs authorities. He highlighted that this destruction is part of the center's ongoing efforts to combat the smuggling of goods that pose a threat to society and the national economy, as well as to ensure the safety of consumers from dangerous products.
