Al-rahda: Al-Rahda Customs Center, in cooperation with security agencies, foiled an attempt to smuggle a quantity of cigarettes in Maqbanah District, Taiz Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the center's director, Mohammed Al-Jabri, stated that the seized amount included 20,500 packs of cigarettes. He praised the efforts of the customs patrol and various security agencies in preventing the smuggling of prohibited and unauthorized goods into the country.
Al-Jabri affirmed that customs works in full coordination with all relevant agencies to maintain the security and safety of society from the harm caused by smuggled and prohibited goods.
