Sanaa: Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi has issued a statement expressing his condolences and congratulations to the Al-Qassam Brigades following the martyrdom of Izz Al-Din Al-Haddad, Chief of Staff of the Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades.
