Dhale': Acting governor of Dhale', Abdullatif al-Shaghdari, inaugurated the al-Amiriya School in the Damt district. The inauguration marks a significant development for the region, bringing a new educational facility to the local community.
According to Yemen News Agency, the al-Amiriya School was constructed at the cost of 228 million riyals. This three-story facility houses 18 classrooms and various other amenities, all funded by a philanthropist from the al-Barti area of Damt. The inauguration ceremony was attended by several notable figures, including the Director of Damt District, Sultan Fadil, and the Head of the Education Sector, Mohsen Sufyan.
Al-Shaghdari used the occasion to commend the contributions of local philanthropists and business figures, emphasizing their role in regional development. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives, especially in supporting governmental efforts during challenging times of aggression and blockade. He further urged businessmen, expatriates from the governorate, and other influential figures to continue their support for sustainable local development initiatives.
The acting governor reiterated the local authority's dedication to promoting initiatives that benefit the community and the region's populace. In recognition of their efforts, Al-Shaghdari honored the most significant contributors to the governorate's development with the Development Shield and a certificate of thanks and appreciation.
