Sana'a: In Shu'ub district of the capital Sana'a, cultural and rhetorical events were held in celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, with the participation of members of the Shura Council, local authority officials, and social figures.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches emphasized the significance of the occasion as a spiritual station to renew loyalty to the Prophet, uphold his divine message and ethics, and support the oppressed.
The events featured religious chants, poems, traditional bara'a dances, and theatrical performances.
Additional cultural evenings were organized across several neighborhoods, highlighting the importance of broad participation in the central celebration on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal and showcasing the deep devotion of the Yemeni people to the Messenger of God.
