Sa'ada: The Chief Judge of the Sa'ada Court of Appeal, Suleiman Al-Shumairi, and the Chief Prosecutor of the Appeal Prosecution, Ibrahim Jahz, conducted an inspection of the workflow in various courts and prosecution offices in the governorate following the judicial recess.
According to Yemen News Agency, the inspection tour included key judicial institutions such as the Criminal Court, Primary Prosecution Office, Saada and Sahar Primary Courts and Prosecutor's Offices, the Hamdan Primary Court, the Kitaf Primary Prosecution Office, and the Public Funds Court and Prosecution. The visit was also accompanied by Abdulrahim Al-Haddad from the Judicial Inspection Branch.
During their tour, Al-Shumairi and Jahz assessed the level of work discipline after the judicial holiday, which spanned the month of Dhu al-Hijjah. They engaged with the heads of courts, judges, prosecutors, and administrative staff to understand the workflow and ongoing efforts in the judicial system.
Both officials emphasized the need for increased efforts to deliver prompt justice, adhere to official working hours, streamline procedures, and expedite case resolutions, especially those involving detainees. Their visit aimed to reinforce the judicial system's efficiency and effectiveness post-recess.
At the end of the visit, the officials, along with Sheikh Ali Qarsha, who heads the Committee for Addressing Prisoners' and Inmates' Cases, honored Judge Muhammad Al-Nuami. He was awarded a certificate of appreciation for his contributions as the head of the Sa'ada and Sahar Primary Courts. The delegation also extended congratulations to Al-Nuami on his new role as Deputy Head of the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Authority.
