Sanaa: Al-Sinwar team has emerged as the champion of the Martyr Major General Mohammed Al-Ghomari Football Tournament held in the Aflah Al-Sham District of Hajjah Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Sinwar secured their championship title by defeating the Al-Qassam team with a score of seven goals to four in the final match. The tournament was organized by the Youth and Sports Office branch of the district and featured the participation of four teams.
District Directors Ahmed Al-Arjali and Mohammed Al-Tawaf, who is the head of the Youth and Sports Office branch, highlighted the significance of the tournament. They emphasized its role in instilling the heroic legacy of Major General Mohammed Al-Ghomari in the youth. Both directors expressed their appreciation for the efforts made to ensure the tournament's success.
The match concluded with several executive office branch directors, including District Director, Mobilization Official Mansour Al-Zaghafi, and the Youth and Sports branch director, honoring the champion, runner-up, outstanding, and promising players.
